    中国四大西极口岸完全攻略(吐尔尕特,伊尔克什坦,卡拉苏,红旗拉甫)

写在前面对地理迷而言,收集各个陆地关口的边检验讫章是一件非常有趣的事情。而其中那些有着特殊地理位置的关口,就更可谓是极具吸引力了!比如本文中将会介绍的“四大西极口岸”:吐尔尕特,伊尔克什坦,卡拉苏和红旗拉甫。其中吐尔尕特和伊尔克什坦是唯二的对吉(尔吉斯斯坦)口岸,卡拉苏是唯一的对塔(吉克斯坦)口岸,红旗拉甫是唯一的对巴(基斯坦)口岸。客观地说,对旅行者而言,全刷这四个口岸的难度是相当大的。在我之前并未听闻有任何人集齐了这四大口岸的验讫章。集齐三个的倒是有一些,但通常都会缺一个吐尔尕特,因为这个口岸的信息实在是太少了。本文中我将介绍通过这四大口岸的详细攻略,在这里首先感谢穷游上已有的一些前人的文章,为我计划的实施和最终完成提供了许多帮助。下图是这四个口岸的出入境验讫章,感谢每位友好的边检工作人员,把这四个章盖得这么整齐:说回四大口岸。它们是全中国最西边的四个国家一级陆地口岸,地理上全部位于喀什市以西,气候地质环境恶劣,海拔最低的伊尔克什坦口岸2800米,海拔最高的红旗拉甫口岸4700米,四个口岸的平均海拔接近4000米。由于特殊的地理环境,这些口岸无法形成像满洲里、霍尔果斯、二连浩特等口岸那样发达的边境贸易,通常而言除了红旗拉甫口岸日常有巴基斯坦水客来回拉货之外,其余三个口岸99%都只有跨国大货车司机通行。口岸工作人员见到游客也会很稀奇,毕竟一年到头顶多也就能见到三位数的游客吧……下图中的四颗星星是这四个口岸的地理位置,从上到下依次为吐尔尕特、伊尔克什坦、卡拉苏和红旗拉甫:从10月15日早晨从塔吉克斯坦首都-杜尚别出发算起,到10月25日由红旗拉甫出境,我用了11天时间走完了这四大口岸。除了中间那个周末,其他时间基本上天天在赶路,糟糕的路况、恶劣的住宿环境、路上的险情都遇到过,以至于最终全部走完时甚至没有太多的喜悦,只觉得太累了……或许你对刷口岸没有兴趣,但这篇文章依然会对你通过陆路前往三个“斯坦”邻国旅行有所帮助。本文也将以文字为主,图片为辅,尽量客观详细地介绍如何通过这四个口岸。准备工作首先介绍一些基本情况和必要的准备工作。1. 四个口岸的部分共同点&相似点:(1) 周末和节假日均不上班,同时如遇暴雪等恶劣天气也会闭关。红旗拉甫是季节性口岸,11月到4月关闭,每年的具体时间不定,基本上下场大雪说关就关了。其余三个口岸虽然名义上为全年通关,但冬季遇到恶劣天气闭关是家常便饭,因此非常不建议在冬季前往这些口岸!另一个原因是对面国家的路况,除了巴基斯坦的路很好(因为是我们帮他们修的),塔吉克用极其糟糕来形容豪不为过,吉尔吉斯虽相对也好一些,但司机普遍驾驶野蛮,车况通常也很差,冰雪天气易发生交通事故。为了自己的安全,再次强调请不要冬季前往这些口岸!(2) 四个口岸都有午休时间,通常为北京时间的下午2-4点(unofficial“新疆时间”的12-2点),时间点不会卡得那么严格。对此请大家予以理解,毕竟口岸海拔高,工作环境恶劣,工作人员中午时间下撤休息是情理之中的。在实际通关时,这个午休时间并不一定会影响到你的正常通关,具体的我下面会讲。(3) 四个口岸都由“前哨”和“口岸大楼”两部分组成。所谓“前哨”就是真正的国境线,这里是进入中国的第一道检查/离开中国的最后一道检查,都位于达坂处的海拔最高点,是工作环境最恶劣的地方。而“口岸大楼”全部建在山下海拔较低处,是真正法理上的边检和海关所在地,加盖验讫章的工作也是在这里完成。这是我国高原口岸特有的设计,目的很简单,就是为了改善口岸工作人员的工作环境。四个口岸的前哨和口岸大楼之间的距离不等,最短的卡拉苏口岸只有14公里,最长的伊尔克什坦口岸长达146公里……至于两点之间的交通则是各有特色,下文中将会详细说明。(4) 关于通关方式,卡拉苏和伊尔克什坦口岸允许自由行通关,吐尔尕特和红旗拉甫口岸则必须乘坐跨境大巴。有消息说伊尔克什坦口岸将来也会限制自由行,必须乘坐跨境大巴,但并不确定是否准确。本文中所有信息的时间点均为2019年10月,陆地口岸政策多变,如未来情况有所变动,也欢迎大家在本贴中补充说明。另外本文不讨论自驾出入关这一情况,这个我确实不了解,有了解的朋友也欢迎补充~2. 三个斯坦国的签证:刷口岸的前提当然是要有对面国家的签证,尽管这三个国家目前都推出了电子签,但事实上除了巴基斯坦还算正常,另外两国可以说是各种drama……因此非常有必要专门讲解一下。已经实地确认,这三国和中国间的陆地口岸全部可以使用电子签通行。(1) 吉尔吉斯斯坦:电子签网址 http://www.evisa.e-gov.kg/,旅游签证有三个选择:30天内单次入境41.2USD,30天内两次入境66.95USD,90天内单次入境51.5USD。本文三国里最恶心人的、也是中亚五国里仅次于土库曼斯坦第二恶心人的(我甚至觉得某种程度上已经比土库曼还恶心了),当属吉尔吉斯了!传言电子签拒签率高达90%以上,数据真假我不知道,但身边确实很多朋友被拒签。这还不算完,更恶心的是一旦被吉尔吉斯拒签,一年之内不得重新申请签证!注意,这里指的可不只是电子签,而是纸签都不行。一位好友吉尔吉斯电子签被拒后,分别在塔什干和杜尚别尝试申请纸签,全部表示一年之内无法重新申请。那你说我一年内就是要去吉尔吉斯,难道一点办法都没有了吗?万能某宝告诉你,当然是有的。多少钱呢?2000美金。你没有看错哦,吉尔吉斯签证,两千美金哦!!!真是天下第一奇观了。为什么吉尔吉斯签证拒签率居高不下,而且完全就是无理由随即拒签呢?为什么某宝店家就可以收高价(普通电子签1000CNY+)保证出签呢?为什么某宝店家在你被拒后敢张口就要两千美金呢?这里面的道理其实很容易想清楚,就是吉国移民局和中国旅行社勾结!凡是走旅行社渠道的,花高价都可以保证出签,凡是自己网上申请的,那可就看脸喽。顺便说一句,吉国政府之腐败渗透在方方面面,人民也不是那么友好,是我此行抵达的三个斯坦里印象最糟糕的。那么难道就没有办法,想确保出签就必须通过高价代理了吗?事实上我此次签证全部是自己申请,而且全部通过,起初我也觉得可能只是自己运气好,但后来仔细想想,或许有别的原因。以下内容全部是我个人推测,未经证实,请大家自行判断。如果被拒签我不负责任……楼主本人长居澳洲,申请签证也是在澳洲申请的。也就是说我的ip地址不在中国,同时申请表里的居住地址也不在中国。可能这样系统就不会把我归为中国大陆申请者,从而得以提高通过率。这里强调一下,即便外国人也经常会遇到被吉尔吉斯拒签的情况,只是这个比例比中国申请者低得多。所以是尝试换ip换地址(怎么换你懂的)然后自行申请,还是买代理的高价保出签服务,还请各位朋友自行判断了。电子签本身长这样:(2) 塔吉克斯坦:电子签网址 https://www.evisa.tj,旅游签证只有30天内单次入境一个选择,50USD,可以同时申请东部山区的帕米尔通行证,再加20USD,出签后签证纸上会有一个GBAO Permit的标记,就不需要再在杜尚别专门跑去申请通行证了,这张签证纸所有检查点都认识。注意要走卡拉苏口岸必须申请这个通行证,否则无法进入塔国东部的戈尔诺-巴达赫尚自治州,即俗称的帕米尔山区。塔吉克的情况基本和吉尔吉斯是完全一样的,都是极高的拒签率,都有某宝高价保证出签的代理。唯一的区别就是,被塔吉克拒签后可以立即再次申请,无论电子签还是纸签。也就是说不存在像吉尔吉斯一样的一年内不得再次申请的奇葩反人类规定。同时塔吉克即便是纸签现在也已经非常好办理,无论是在北京、塔什干、新德里,都可以当天拿到,基本上已经毫无难度了。这里也就不再多说了。电子签本身长这样,上传的照片没用,头像都是黑的…:(3) 巴基斯坦:电子签网址 https://visa.nadra.gov.pk,旅游签证30天内单次入境,8.18USD(就是这么便宜…)。需要注意的是付完钱之后要再点一次提交,申请才会真正被提交。然后坐等就行啦。如果等了一周还没动静,请豪不犹豫地发邮件过去催!通过网站上那个feedback的对话框发即可,实测真的能收到并且会回复。很有可能是巴铁人民把你的申请忘了。楼主我等了两周,眼瞅着再过两天就要进巴基斯坦了,签证还是没动静,就发消息过去催,结果当天就给我出来了……电子签本身长这样:旅行路线接下来聊聊通过这四个口岸的路线。当然,前提是你想和我一样全刷这四大口岸,如果只是计划通过这些口岸旅行的,直接看下一节的内容就可以啦。这里我们根据吉尔吉斯签证的入境次数分两种情况进行讨论。1. 持有吉尔吉斯斯坦单次入境签证:那么你就和我的情况一样了。当然仔细的朋友会发现上面的图片里我的签证是Double Entry的呀,不幸的是因为吐尔尕特这个口岸的信息实在太不透明,让我浪费掉了一次吉尔吉斯签证(具体细节就不多说了),所以事实上也就变成了一张单次入境的签证……这种情况下的最佳路线就是我的路线:飞抵塔吉克斯坦首都杜尚别,然后一路向东横穿整个国家,经由卡拉苏口岸(1)回到中国并前往喀什。从喀什经由吐尔尕特口岸(2)前往吉尔吉斯斯坦首都比什凯克,坐车或坐飞机到吉尔吉斯第二大城市奥什,再经由伊尔克什坦口岸(3)回到喀什。最后从喀什到塔什库尔干,经由红旗拉甫口岸(4)抵达巴基斯坦小城苏斯特。当然整条路线可以完全反过来。具体如下图所示,我的画风就是如此粗犷:2. 持有吉尔吉斯斯坦两次入境签证:其实不难看出上面的方案里路线是绕路了的,并不是最优解。如果你有两次入境的吉尔吉斯斯坦签证(并且没有像我一样浪费掉了一次的话),完全可以按照如下方案进行:飞抵吉尔吉斯斯坦首都比什凯克,经由吐尔尕特口岸(1)回到乌恰县(甚至不需要到喀什市区),再经由伊尔克什坦口岸(2)重返吉尔吉斯,并继续前往第二大城市奥什。通过吉-塔两国的陆地关口从奥什去往塔吉克第二大城市苦盏,再坐车或坐飞机到首都杜尚别。一路向东横穿整个国家,经由卡拉苏口岸(3)回到中国并直接去塔县,最后经由红旗拉甫口岸(4)抵达巴基斯坦小城苏斯特。当然整条路线也可以完全反过来。具体如下图所示,很明显这样看起来就顺多了:前面讲了这么多,接下来终于要进入正题了!关于这四个口岸我就按地理位置从北到南的顺序逐一介绍,即吐尔尕特、伊尔克什坦、卡拉苏、红旗拉甫。因为我每个口岸都是单向通过的,所以我走的这个方向就会多说一些,至于另一个方向的信息,也会进行简单的介绍。本文内容以通过口岸的实操为主,不会过多的讲历史背景等内容,感兴趣的朋友请自行查阅。一、吐尔尕特口岸四星难度口岸。中国和吉尔吉斯斯坦之间的两个陆地口岸之一,相比于另一个伊尔克什坦,这里的信息极少,几乎查不到任何有用的信息,旅途中我多次临时更改旅行计划,包括浪费掉一次吉尔吉斯签证,都是为了能顺利通行这个口岸,所幸最终如愿,盖到了罕见的吐尔尕特出境章。首先要说明的是,吐尔尕特口岸无论哪个方向,都无法自由行通过。否则出境中国中方边检会拦住你,出境吉尔吉斯斯坦吉方边检会拦住你。因此请直接打消这个念头,没必要浪费时间去尝试。国际大巴是通过这里的唯一方式。而且这趟国际大巴也和其他口岸普通的两国口岸间大巴(比如红旗拉甫-苏斯特)不同,它是从喀什直达比什凯克的,这本身也非常特别。关于这趟国际大巴,信息可以说是极度不透明,哪怕在喀什或比什凯克问都很少有人知道。我原计划本是从比什凯克坐车回喀什,结果比什凯克客运站的吉方售票人员直接跟我说没有这趟车,因此我不得已只好先去塔吉克斯坦,走了卡拉苏到喀什,又从喀什搭这趟车再回到比什凯克……后来我在车上和同车的客运公司负责人张女士沟通,张女士也表示确实存在这个问题,她会将车次信息打印出来贴在比什凯克的一些中餐厅,同时我也会帮她在网上分享这个信息。具体车次信息如下:喀什=比什凯克:每周往返一趟,车牌号新Q25779,卧铺车。每周一早晨10点从喀什火车站对面的客运站出发,凌晨2-4点左右到达比什凯克,全程约18-20小时。每周三下午4点半从比什凯克国际客运站(请提前电话联系确认出发时间地点,很多时候是不从客运站走的,这也就是为啥客运站的工作人员都不知道有这趟车)出发,晚上在At-Bashi(Ат-Башы)住一晚(睡车上),周四晚上6-7点才能到喀什,全程约24小时左右。以上均为当地时间。单程票面价格570元,可能会增加一些吉国的“通关费”,请大家予以理解。联系人:张女士,国内电话13997174511,国外电话+996 550618518,国内13997074428。注意这趟车走的是伊尔克什坦口岸。【2019年11月14日补充更新!!!】收到热心驴友反馈,目前通过吐尔尕特口岸的车新增一班,今天首次开通。信息如下:比什凯克往返克州首府阿图什,周日从比什凯克发车,周三从阿图什返回。吉国的车子,车牌号2379SH,两排卧铺,比喀什这班舒服一些。价格约600元/人,买票请联系王先生 18620554757。具体信息请电话咨询。在这里对驴友jojo2316表示衷心的感谢~~~说回我自身的经历,由于最早打听到的信息是说周一上午9点就从喀什出发,我8点就到了喀什客运站。然而事实上客运站9点才开始有一个普通窗口上班,国际窗口也不上班……等到大约10:15,工作人员都升完国旗回来了,1号国际窗口方才开始卖票。从喀什客运站上车的包括我就两个人。上午10:45左右出发,开出去大约5分钟就又上来了一位大哥和客运公司的负责人张女士,然后开向口岸。车票长这样:车子的车况没问题,但是卫生条件真的不敢恭维,床垫子很脏,只好拿毛毯盖住再躺(虽然毛毯肯定也不洗,但好歹没有肉眼可见的污渍)。后来过红旗拉甫口岸搭的也是这种大巴,搭过那个之后我觉得这个干净多了…………因为乘客少,车前面的铺位上放的也都是货。吐尔尕特口岸的口岸大楼位于喀什和乌恰县之间,紧临阿乌高速,从喀什出发后约1小时即抵达,在这里通过海关和边检,在护照上盖章。口岸通关期间全程听从安排即可,没什么好多讲的。我做为这个口岸极其罕见的游客,顺理成章地进了“小黑屋”,被问了很多问题,行李也全部拿出来查了一遍,不过工作人员态度都很好,所以也没什么,配合即可。因为客车上拉了很多货,稍微耽误点时间。最终从抵达口岸到所有人和货重新上车出发,合计1.5小时。负责人说已经是很快的速度了。口岸距离真正的边境线(即吐尔尕特前哨)还有110公里路程,出发后不久会通过巴音库鲁提边境检查站,在这里再次登记护照信息。约北京时间下午三点过抵达半路上的托云乡,在这里吃午饭,同时可以在饭店旁边的供销社买点干粮,以防车上饿。约半小时后重新出发,不到一小时就到了国境线,即吐尔尕特前哨。这里中国警察会上车检查若干次,不用开包,人也全程不用下车,很快就能通过。过了国门后距吉方边检还有约5-6km,一路上很多货车,这个口岸的货运流量还是挺大的,至少比卡拉苏大多了……下图是51号界碑,在车上只能拍成这样了:到吉方边检后所有人下车去盖入境章,会有吉方警察查车,同时索要东西(你懂的),章很快盖完,但就是不让走,一直有两三个警察在车上翻货,甚至拿个剪刀把箱子都剪开,可给司机大哥气坏了。一个小时后终于得以过关,此时吉尔吉斯时间下午四点半。五点到另一处检查点,不知道又在拖什么,又被扣了半个多小时,从这里再放行后就便一路畅通无阻。用负责人的话说,终于“逃离魔窟”了……吉尔吉斯边检:车辆通道:口岸吉尔吉斯斯坦一侧的风光:晚上约8:40抵达Kochkor(Кочкор),我们在这里吃了晚餐。由于还在山区,气候变化剧烈,当时天降大雪……饭后继续出发,又开了快一个小时,司机停车休息睡觉。这里解释一下,本来这趟车是配两个司机轮班开的,不休息直接到比什凯克。但当天其中一个司机的签证去续签了,因此只有一位大哥开全程。车本身周三才返回,所以对司机而言并不着急,啥时候到都是到。也建议大家周二留出足够的时间,不要把行程安排地太紧凑。这时我也睡了,再醒来时已经是6小时后,车最终于凌晨4点抵达比什凯克。全程算上所有路上停车的时间,共耗时19小时。关于这趟车更详细的信息,可联系上面的电话咨询。二、伊尔克什坦口岸三星难度口岸。中吉之间吐尔尕特之外的另一个口岸,海拔2800米,比吐尔尕特低很多。口岸距吉尔吉斯第二大城市奥什仅4-5小时车程。这个口岸开放旅客自由行,而且无论从喀什到奥什还是反向,都可以朝发夕至,当天完成,因此成为了很多陆路往来吉尔吉斯斯坦的游客的不二选择。目前网上攻略多为从喀什去奥什,前人的攻略可参考(英文):https://againstthecompass.com/en/china-kyrgyzstan-border-crossing-irkeshtam-pass/ 那么我就讲一下如何经伊尔克什坦口岸回国。由于吉国时间比北京时间晚两个小时,从伊尔克什坦回国要比从这里出国辛苦一些。通常而言有两个选择:第一,可以第一天先从奥什搭Mashrutka到Sary-Tash(Сары-Таш),搭车点在市中心,离北京宾馆很近,到了附近随便问问,大家都知道。在Sary-Tash休息一晚,第二天一早再在路边搭货车,或包个车前往口岸即可,仅70多公里路程。从奥什到喀什一共走两天,但不会很辛苦。关于这个走法可以看穷游上的这个贴子:https://m.qyer.com/bbs/thread-3187584-1.html 第二,我的走法,也是很多往来两国经商或拉货的司机们(不开卡车时)的走法。具体如下:提前一天到市中心的北京宾馆,说第二天要去伊尔克什坦口岸,老板可以帮你联系车,一车通常是6000som,坐4个人。如果能有别人一起拼车,就大家平摊这六千,所以凑够四人最便宜,即1500som/人。如果不幸就你自己的话…就只能六千全掏了。我比较幸运,刚好第二天早上有三个卡车司机回国,于是凑齐四人。出发点就是北京饭店门口,因此不想麻烦的话可以直接住这里,单人间无窗的每晚1000som,有窗的1500som,卫生条件还是挺不错的。早上5点之前就要出发,从奥什到口岸车程约4-5小时。到达时9点多,口岸刚好上班。路上要翻过帕米尔-阿赖山脉,途中最高点海拔约3600米。山区气候多变,我走的那天刚下完大雪,道路积雪结冰,司机一个转弯不慎,车打滑转了一圈,直接把排气筒崩掉了…修车又修了一会儿。因此要有路上遇到各种突发情况的心理准备。最终耗时5小时整到达吉方边检。道路积雪:车打滑后大家纷纷下来修车…此时天还没亮:沿途风光:吉国警察边检海关都很黑,做好被索贿的准备。他们对所有人都要,不止针对中国人。如果你想坚决不给,就会耽误车上其他人,所以请大家自行判断如何处理吧,省得又有人说我助长歪风邪气……每次要钱给200-500som即可。吉尔吉斯的吐尔尕特&伊尔克什坦边检验讫章:下面那几个小房子就是吉尔吉斯的口岸:通过吉国国门后要走个几百米的U形上坡,77号界碑会出现在左手边,随即到达前前哨。登记护照后继续向前步行,接受警察的初步检查,这一步通常都很快。从这里到真正的“伊尔克什坦前哨”还有3公里,警察会安排你搭入关的货车过去,没有哪个司机敢不听的…这一小段路不用花钱。如今的前哨其实就是曾经的口岸大楼,因为新的口岸大楼搬到了山下的乌恰县,这里便改做前哨用。在这里行李过X光机,可能会查包,警察也会问一些问题,通过后就可以在一个小屋子里休息等候了。卡车司机可以直接在这里盖章放行,但旅客不能在这里盖章,必须去山下的新口岸大楼。二者之间长达146公里……通常要跑2-3小时,只能坐政府安排的七座车,由乌恰县帕米尔客运公司运营,每人收费100元,通常要至少4个人才会走,如果当天很不幸真的就你一个人过境,请做好花400元包车的准备。即便人齐了,车的出发时间依然不确定,全部听从警察安排。等待时不用着急,因为北京时间下午2-4点是口岸工作人员的午休时间,所以就算很快下到乌恰县,也一样要等他们上班才能入关。我和三位司机大哥全程一起,他们经常跑塔吉克、吉尔吉斯和巴基斯坦,和很多口岸工作人员都认识,所以我也沾了光,顺利通过前哨的检查。之后大概等了10分钟,警察就安排我们坐车下山了。注意,因为此时你理论上并没有真正入境中国(还没过边检盖章),所以护照不能自己拿着,所有人的护照都由司机代为保管。下山过程中和司机说一下,司机同意的话可以在沿途的村庄(比如乌鲁克恰提乡)吃个午饭,反正下去早了也是等着,不如中间吃个饭休息一下。社会主义新农村确实是建得好,不知道比隔壁吉尔吉斯、塔吉克的农村高到哪里去了!乌鲁克恰提乡:吃完饭继续上路,通过康苏收费站和托帕边境检查站,最终大约下午15:40到新口岸大楼,还是早了…所以就在车上等了会儿。四点多工作人员都上班后进入口岸大楼,很快通过检疫边检海关全部流程,基本上没问啥问题,16:30顺利盖完章走出大楼。从早上4:30从奥什出发算起,耗时10小时回到国内,所以这个口岸的难度确实要小一些。口岸大楼就在乌恰县城西缘,三位司机大哥直接带我去喀什了,如果自己走的话,去乌恰客运站坐班车到喀什即可,不再多讲。三、卡拉苏口岸五星难度口岸。中国和塔吉克斯坦唯一的陆地口岸,位于帕米尔高原上,海拔4365米,仅次于中巴红其拉甫口岸。通过这个口岸从杜尚别到喀什至少需要三个整天,实际耗时只可能更长,不会更短。同时请注意,帕米尔山区海拔高,塔吉克斯坦一侧的路况极差,容易高反的、晕车的、不能吃苦的朋友非常不建议尝试这个路线。穷游上可以看到前人通过卡拉苏的攻略,比如https://bbs.qyer.com/thread-3279875-1.html,因此我这里就不讲那么细致了,只介绍最基本的信息。具体如下:第一天从杜尚别出发,在机场和火车站之间的车站拼越野车到戈尔诺-巴达赫尚自治区的首府-霍罗格(Khorog),车程12-15小时,中间会停下吃午饭,停车点不固定。价格250-300索莫尼。车站的坐标是(38.558482, 68.811618),和出租车司机说到去霍罗格的拼车点,或者给他们看下面这个图,他们就明白了。建议早晨7点左右就到车站,通常8点多就能拼满出发。请注意,杜尚别飞霍罗格的高价航班已经不复存在,因为那家航空公司倒闭了…目前坐车是唯一的方式。拼车点实拍,最左边那辆就是我坐的车:特别提醒,不要选下图这个大胡子无良司机的车!我本来坐在副驾,车行一半,他突然和全车乘客说我这个外国人需要所谓的baggage permit,否则被路上的检查点看到车上有外国人,就要开包检车全车的行李。这根本就是一派胡言!!!事实上检查点只是登记护照而已。但是车上乘客也不懂啊,最终我迫于全车的压力,为了“不被检查点看到”,只好挪到最后一排,还是和两个大胖子挤在一起。坐过越野车的都知道最后一排蜷缩着有多难受,更何况还有七八个小时车程,而且我还是付的副驾的价格!同时大胡子司机的朋友就这么如愿坐到了副驾,两人欢声笑语。更加恶心的是,一次中途停车休息后,司机又跟我说过了下个检查点我就可以挪回前面坐。结果等过了那个检查点,他却矢口否认,就是不让我挪过去。跟他说得多了,他就开大音乐的音量假装听不见。如果说之前的行为是欺骗,那这一行径完全就是流氓,无赖!塔吉克人民整体而言是挺友好的,但这个司机绝对除外。从长相上看感觉是阿富汗的普什图人移民,不像正统的塔吉克人。最终我假装友善地跟他合影,才有了这张照片。所以请看清楚,一定不要坐他的车!!!进入帕米尔山区后,就一直沿着塔吉克-阿富汗界河喷赤河行进,对面就是阿富汗:霍罗格住宿选择很多,城镇不大,步行就能去到任何地方。第二天从霍罗格继续向东到海拔3600米左右的穆尔加布(Murghab),拼车点在城镇最东边,从主路(就是Gunt河北边那条大路)上任意地点搭1路minibus到终点站即可,招手即停,价格2索莫尼。注意每天可能就一辆车跑霍罗格-穆尔加布这个线路,即便如此因为客流不大,通常还是要等到中午12点左右才能拼满出发,但建议还是至少10点之前抵达拼车点,夏天的话就再早一些。车可能是和前一天一样的越野车,也可能是面包车。去穆尔加布的拼车点:去穆尔加布的车,没有牌子,到拼车点后自己问一问:车程6-8小时,中间可能会停车喝茶吃饭,全凭司机喜好。价格140-150索莫尼。整体而言比前一天舒适许多,沿途风景也不错。路上司机带去喝了一次茶,吃了顿晚饭,大家都很友好,没有再遇到前一天那种无良司机了。穆尔加布的外国人住宿基本只有青旅和homestay,价格通常统一为15美金,包晚餐和早餐。沿途风光,都是车上拍的:沿途村庄:在牧民家喝茶、吃饭:第三天从穆尔加布搭大卡车到卡拉苏口岸,可以路上拦车,但更好的选择是直接去卡车场搭车。卡车场在城镇东边,坐标(38.182606, 73.99543)。穆尔加布的清晨:事实上卡车场旁边就有住宿,条件如下图,都是卡车司机在那里休息,极其便宜,一晚仅20索莫尼。我因为前一天在霍罗格拼车时,刚好遇到一位也是去中国的塔吉克人,便一路同行,到穆尔加布后也就和他一起住在这里。但是若无当地人带领,不建议在这里住宿,安全没有保障,行李容易被偷。建议早晨7点就到卡车场找车,通常多问几辆就会有人愿意拉的。目前基本上只有塔国的车和司机,都是空车去中国拉货的,现在中国人已经很少跑这条线路了。卡车速度慢,路况又差,穆尔加布到口岸的60多公里要跑2-3小时。塔方称Kulma口岸,海拔4365米。穆尔加布到口岸的路:远远看到上图这样有卡车在排队,就是到口岸了。抵达后便告别卡车司机,下车步行出关。第一步塔方士兵会先开包检查,查得严不严全看运气,对我还是很水的,就打开包看了一眼。第二步到另一间屋子里登记离境人员信息,很快搞定。第三步到边检窗口扫护照盖章放行。这里注意,因为塔方口岸的网络很差,边检那儿经常没网,万一没网可就得一直等着了,甚至不排除当天无法出关的可能。我朋友先我一周走这个口岸,就是因为这个,一直等到中国关门前的最后一刻,才被塔方放出关。所以不建议周五抵达这个口岸,因为一旦出不去,可就得等3天了啊。传说中塔方索贿的情况,我并没有遇到,大家态度都还是挺友好的。塔吉克口岸区域全景:塔吉克的边检小屋,盖章的地方:由于中塔两国有3小时时差,塔国这边如果办得非常顺利,杜尚别时间11点(北京时间14点)之前办完,就还可以赶在中方午休之前入境。如果到晚了或者稍有耽误(比如我就因为一开始塔国边检的电脑一直 no internet 耽误了一会儿),就会刚好赶上中方的午休时间(2pm到大概3:30-4pm)。如遇这种情况,就要在两国之间的中间地带等着了。如果塔方工作人员同意,还可以在他们的边检小屋里等,否则运气不好就只能在室外吹冷风了…4400米高原可不是很好受,因此请务必做好御寒准备。中间地带有中国的83号界碑:中方国门打开后前去通关,和塔吉克斯坦不同,我们高海拔处只是卡拉苏前哨,在这里接受警察的第一道检查。通常就是会有一个人问你很多问题,态度很好,因为虽然偶有游客通过这个口岸,但数量仍相当少,一周不一定有一个,全年不一定能到三位数……所以对他们而言见到个游客也是很新奇的。这个环节很多人会被要求开包,我比较幸运,没有被检查。问询环节结束后,登记个人信息,然后要从4365米的前哨下到山下的口岸大楼,约14km,边检和海关都在山下。注意!之前的攻略都是说警察会帮你拦一辆大货车,免费带你下去,这个信息已经过时!现在塔县客运公司在这条路上安排了一辆7座小车,专门拉上上下下的警察和过关的其他人,单程收费50元/人,有点贵,但不得不掏钱。我问警察现在还能不能搭货车了,他说已经不允许了,只能坐塔县客运公司这个车,是政府安排的,他们也没办法。卡拉苏前哨:下到口岸大楼后过边检海关,如果只有你一个人在过关请不要惊奇,这是常态,工作人员会为你把机器全部开一遍……边检盖章的小姐姐和海关的维族小哥态度也都非常好,最后仅在过海关时看了一眼我带的常备药,其他都没有看,也就是说在中国一侧全程都没有开包。但也有朋友被检查2-3次包,这个并不确定,全看当天值班的警察和海关如何安排了。总之这个口岸的所有工作人员都给我留下了很好的印象,让我真切地感受到了祖国的温暖。口岸大楼一出门就是连接塔县和喀什的G314国道,往南去塔县,往北去喀什,无论去哪个方向,都需要直接在路边搭过路车,没有其他更好的办法。四、红旗拉甫口岸三星难度口岸。中国和巴基斯坦之间唯一的陆地口岸,横在著名的喀喇昆仑公路/中巴友谊公路中间。是全世界海拔最高的陆地口岸,红旗拉甫达坂(即国门和界碑处)海拔达到了4733米。毫无疑问红旗拉甫也是这四个口岸里名气最大的,客流量最大的,每天都有无数巴基斯坦水客在两国之间拉货……真佩服他们一个人能带那么多东西,这可是在另外三个口岸都看不到的“盛况”啊。和另外三个口岸相比,流程上讲通过红旗拉甫是最容易的。做为前英殖民地,巴国的英语普及率也相当高,相比于日常讲俄语的吉尔吉斯和塔吉克,语言上的障碍也小得多。只是因为海拔高环境差,我依然将其列为三星难度。这里简要讲一下出境的流程,大家就可以感受到真的比另外三个容易多了。前往红旗拉甫的出发点是塔什库尔干自治县,请至少提前一天到这里住宿。第二天早上10点之前到塔县客运站买去巴基斯坦苏斯特(Sost)的跨境大巴票,价格225元,苏斯特也就是巴国的边检所在地。车票的样式和上文中喀什-比什凯克的那个一样,我就没再拍照了,车票上车后也被司机收走了。值得一提的是,这个大巴是由中方运营的,但事实上每天不止这一辆车,同时还有由巴方运营的小巴和中巴,但我不清楚在中国一侧如何买巴国的车的票。如有了解的朋友,欢迎补充。塔县客运站的售票窗口,事实上除了苏斯特其他点都是假的,并没有车。除了Sost其他的英文拼写也都是错的……买票后并不在客运站坐车,而是直接到塔县内的红旗拉甫口岸大楼坐车,打车到口岸大楼5元,行李少的话也完全可以步行过去。12点之前到口岸完全来得及,所以买完票可以去吃个早餐。到达口岸后直接去排队过海关边检,因为人多(真的比那三个口岸多太多了……),通常也就不会有细致的盘查了,问一些简单的问题后直接盖章通行。出了口岸大楼就能在后院里看到中国的大巴和巴国的中小巴了。这个车和喀什-比什凯克那个一样,也是卧铺车。不过车程相比之下短了很多,也就5-6个小时。车上的卫生条件同样堪忧,忍忍吧,反正都是从来不洗的……这种路程其实坐巴国的那种装座位的中小巴就完全ok,完全没有卧铺的必要,那种的价格也会更便宜一些,只是不清楚在中国这一侧如何买票,也忘记问了。人和货都上完后便出发前往红旗拉甫前哨,通常这时已经是下午1点左右了,从口岸到前哨的路程约2.5小时。路上的风景还是不错的:抵达海拔4700米的前哨后所有人需要下车查护照,这个流程很快,就是看一眼护照上有出境章即可,查完后便可回到车上。10月份天气晴朗时这里的温度都已到了零下10度,因此这个口岸在冬季闭关完全是合情合理的。所有人回到车上后继续向前通过国门,遗憾的是在车上就无法拍到国门了,不过如果是坐在车的左侧,或许有希望拍到。出了国门就是中国7号界碑,中巴两国的界碑在同一块石板上,巴国一侧还有游客在拍照。此后就是一路下山了,巴控克什米尔境内的喀喇昆仑公路都是中国近几年给他们修的,路况那叫一个好啊……真不知道比塔吉克那破路强多少倍。从进入巴基斯坦领土到苏斯特口岸仅不到2小时车程,中间会穿过巴国的“红旗拉甫国家公园(Khunjerab National Park)”,有一个公园的收费点,巴国人每人交100卢比,外国人每人交10美金,但这个“外国人”是不包括中国人的哦,中国人通过这里是不用交钱的。咱们帮他们修了这么好的路,免掉这10刀“过路费”也是合理的嘛。抵达苏丝特口岸后车直接停在边检小楼门口,如果你持的是电子签,则进去后先到一个小房间查验签证,再去柜台排队盖章即可,非常容易,不再多表。西极四大口岸的攻略到此结束,希望可以帮助到大家。深秋时节巴控克什米尔的风景极佳,就放几张风景图做为本文的结尾吧,我出门从不带相机,都是手机拍的哦全文完,感谢阅读~

It formerly carried several long distance trains.(Mikhaylo-Leonťevskaya -) Zakordonnyy RZD - 1092 Km UZ (- Dovzhans'ka)[D] This route is definitively closed.Gukovo RZD - Krasna Mohyla UZ[D] This route is now closed to passenger traffic owing to the serious military situation in some areas of the Donbas. It remained open to freight even after withdrawal of passenger services but it seems likely that it is now out of use. It carried one long distance train pair Simferopol’ – Sverdlovs’k and some long distance services on different days.(Likhaya -) Pleshakovo RZD - Izvaryne UZ (- Simeykyne)[D] This route definitively closed. It crossed the border three times between Pleshakovo and Izvaryne.(Millerovo -) 122 km RZD - Vil'khova UZ (- Kindrashivs'ka)[D] This route is definitively closed.(Millerovo -) Sheptukhovka RZD - 917 km [Chervona Zirka] UZ (- Chertkovo)[E] This route closed to all traffic in August 2017 when the RZD Zhuravka - Millerovo line, bypassing Ukrainian territory, opened. It was previously used by through RZD trains not stopping in Ukrainian territory.(Millerovo -) Chertkovo RZD - Zorynivka UZ (- Kantermirovka)[E] This route closed to all traffic in August 2017 when the RZD Zhuravka - Millerovo line, bypassing Ukrainian territory, opened. It was previously used by through RZD trains not stopping in Ukrainian territory.(Kantemirovka -) Gartmashevka RZD - z.p. 869 km UZ (- Chertkovo)[E] This route closed to all traffic in August 2017 when the RZD Zhuravka - Millerovo line, bypassing Ukrainian territory, opened. It was previously used by through RZD trains not stopping in Ukrainian territory.(Valuyki -) Vystrel RZD - Hrakivka UZ (- Lantrativka)[D] This route closed to passenger traffic on 18 April 2014 owing to the deteriorating political situation. It may still be open to freight. It carried one long distance train pair Luhans’k - Moskva on alternate days) and one train pair Mariupol’ - Voronezh on different dates.(Valuyki -) Solovey RZD - Topoli UZ (- Kup'ians'k)[E] It is thought that this route is closed to passenger traffic. It remains open to freight. It once carried 5 local train pairs between Valuyki and Topoli and some long distance trains.(Belgorod -) Nezhegol' RZD – Ohirtseve UZ (- Vovchans'k)[D] It is thought that this route is closed to passenger traffic. It carried one local train pair between Belgorod and Vovchans'k.(Belgorod -) Naumovka RZD - Kozacha Lopan' UZ (- Kharkiv)[E] This route carries several local and long distance trains. However, on 17 August 2018 the Ukrainian Government announced that all public transport links to Russia by rail and bus would be cut. No date has yet been set for the cessation.(Gotniya -) Khotmyzhsk RZD - Odnorobivka UZ (- Kharkiv)[D] This route closed to passenger traffic on 18 April 2014 owing to the deteriorating political situation. It was used by 1 local train pair.(Gotniya -) Ilek-Pen’kovka RZD – Pushkarne UZ (- Sumy)[D] It is thought that this route is closed to passenger traffic. It carried one daily UZ local train pair between Vorozhba and Gotniya.(Korenevo -) Glushkovo RZD - Volfyne UZ (- Vorozhba)[D] Under a bilateral agreement this crossing was available only to Russian and Ukrainian citizens from 1 April 2009. It closed to passenger traffic on 18 April 2014 owing to the deteriorating political situation. It carried one train pair (alternate days during high summer, twice weekly during the rest of the year) between Voronezh-1 and Kyïv, and 2 RZD local train pairs from L'gov to Lokot’ and Tetkino.(Khutir-Mykhaylivs'kyi -) Klevan’ UZ - Lokot’ (Russia) - Tetkino (Russia) - Vorozhba UZ[D] This is a UZ line which crosses the border 6 times. It is thought that it closed to passenger traffic on 18 April 2014 owing to the deteriorating political situation. It carried one RZD local train pair between L'gov and Lokot’ via Vorozhba without stopping in Ukrainian territory. There were no passenger service between Esman’ and Lokot’.(Bryansk-1-Orlovsky -) Suzemka RZD - Zernove UZ (- Khutir-Mykhaylivs'kyi)[E] This crossing is used by through trains between Moskva and Kyiv. Local services between Suzemka and Zernove had been abandoned by 6 March 2003. However, on 17 August 2018 the Ukrainian Government announced that all public transport links to Russia by rail and bus would be cut. No passenger service since October 2003 and now thought to be out of use.(Novozybkov -) Klimov RZD - Karpovychi UZ (- Semenivka)[D] Out of use.Kavkaz RZD – Krym Kzd, formerly UZ {train ferry}Following the Russian annexation of Crimea, this crossing is now de facto an internal Russian ferry crossing.The ferry is operated by Anship Ltd. A through passenger service between Moskva and Simferopol’ via this route was introduced on 1 August 2014 but had been discontinued by the summer of 2016. Passengers for the Crimea now travel by bus to/from Anapa or Krasnodar. The train was transported empty on the train ferry; passengers had to disembark and cross the strait separately on a different ship.Owing to the hostilities between Russia and Ukraine, resulting in the withdrawal of all passenger trains to and from Crimea, and Russia's desire to create a permanent link to Crimea, contracts have been awarded for the construction of a multipurpose road/rail bridge over the Strait of Kerch. The bridge will be 19 km long, with a four lane road and double track railway. The initial plan had to be modified to take into account the weight of trains. Completion was scheduled for the end of 2018 but has now been delayed to the end of 2019.De Facto Border Crossings with CrimeaOwing to the annexation of Crimea, de facto border crossings not recognized internationally now exist at:(Dzhankoi –) Solone Ozero (Kzd) – Sivash (UZ) (– Novoalekseevka – Melitopol)The through passenger service between Moskva and Simferopol’ via this route was withdrawn presumably on 1 August 2014 and diverted via the Kavkaz – Krym train ferry. Cross-border local trains have been withdrawn; these now terminate at the last station on each side - Sivash (UZ) and Solone Ozero (Kzd).(Dzhankoi –) Armyans'k (Kzd) – Vadym (UZ) (– Kherson)Cross-border local trains have been withdrawn; these now terminate at the last station on each side - Vadym (UZ) and Armians'k (Kzd).—— —— —— —— —— —— —— —— —— —— ——Border Crossings: Estonia – Russia(Tallinn -) Narva ER - Ivangorod-Narvskiy RŽD (- Sankt-Peterburg)[D] Russian Railways run a daily Moskva – St Peterburg – Tallinn service, replacing the former GO Rail services after a period without trains of less than 2 months. It was replaced by a new connection from the Orava direction to Koidula.(Tartu - Orava -) and (Riga LDZ - Valga ER -) Koidula ER - Pechory-Pskovskie RŽD (- Pskov)[D] No cross-border passenger service. The new Estonian border station of Koidula opened to traffic on 23 May 2011 although the actual station building was not completed until July. Opening of the new connection from the Orava line to Koidula resulted in the complete closure of the direct connection from the Orava line to Pechory-Pskovskie, with its separate viaduct over the river which forms the border. Koidula is not listed as a border station in the legal agreement between Estonia and Russia because this was drawn up in 2002. It would need to be amended before any cross-border passenger services could start.Tartu - Orava passenger services were extended to Koidula with effect from 1 September 2011 and to Piusa, one station towards Valga, from 27 May 2012. On 5 December 2011 a new border station was opened at the new (resited) Stasylos station, 1.3 km north of the former Šalčininkai halt and 5.5 km from the border, but all services to Stasylos were withdrawn on 1 January 2015. One train each way between Grodno/Гродна and Vilnius at weekends only was reintroduced from 6 June 2015, with no advertised stop between Vilnius and the Belarus border, but withdrawn from 14 November.Parėččė BČ - Senove LG (- Vilnius)[D] Line closed and cut at the border. LG works local passenger services as far as Marcinkonys. The line is out of use south of here. It formerly carried through Lithuanian trains between Vilnius and Druskininkai, but these ceased in 2001. BČ operates trains to Užberež, at km 99, just before the border.Parėččė BČ - Černuha LG (- Druskininkai)[D] Line closed and lifted at Druskininkai. But note a new Russian border station immediately on the Russian side of the frontier at Chernyshevskoye was commissioned on 2 October 2017, having been under construction since 2005. Both lines are used by freight over their full length. The 1435 mm gauge track is electrified as far as Dorohusk.PKP operates a long standing Warszawa - Kyïv overnight service on the 1435mm gauge tracks to/from Yahodyn, where gauge changing takes place by means of bogie exchange. The train thus changes to/from PKP diesel traction for the short cross-border journey; this is the only PKP operated passenger service east of Chelm.A daytime pair of Ukrainian DMUs was introduced on 12 June 2017 between Kovel and Chelm, coinciding with the end of visa requirements for Ukrainians. Letters of Intent to electrify from Kowel in the Ukraine to Hrubieszów were signed in April 2017. In 2009 cross border staff trains ran to the railway carriage works at Hrubieszów Towarowy from Izov with timings based on shift patterns but it is not recommended to attempt to travel due to Ukraine Border controls. This line was formerly part of PKP and was called "Steel and Sulphur Railway".Hrebenne PKP - Rava Rus'ka UZ[D] The PKP-operated 1435mm gauge through service to/from Warszawa which only commenced on 2 June 1996 was withdrawn after 3 June 2005. No freight traffic can operate, as the tracks to the interchange sidings at Rava Rus'ka have been lifted.Werchrata PKP - Rava Rus'ka UZ[D] A Broad gauge freight only crossing, now worked by UZ only and in 2006 with just a daily freight to a factory at Werchrata. The 1520 mm lines on the Polish side serving transhipment sidings are all out of use.(Przemyśl -) Medyka PKP - Mostys'ka 2 UZ (- L'viv)[E] PKP and UZ operate a daily overnight service between L'viv/Lvov and both Wrocław and Warszawa. The 1435 and 1520 mm gauge lines, which take different alignments within Poland, were previously used on alternate days in each direction: in one direction the train changed gauge at Mostys'ka 2 by means of an open air SUW 2000-compatible gauge changer, and in the other direction the other train the same night performed a manual bogie change at Przemyśl. This arrangement ended, as the SUW 2000 equipment was observed to be out of use in October 2017. However, in April 2018 the overnight L'viv/Lvov services were observed using the Mostys'ka 2 gauge changer. The Przemyśl Główny arrival/departure sheets confirmed use of only standard gauge platforms but this of course does not preclude use of the gauge changer at Przemyśl. Until early 1995, PKP operated a 1435mm gauge Warszawa - Zagorz corridor train through Ukraine via this route and the Krościenko - Star'iava crossing. By July 2004, significant lengths of the 1435mm gauge track within Ukraine had been lifted north of Dobromyl', with PKP 1435mm gauge carriage sidings and freight remaining on a stub from Przemyśl to Przemyśl Bakończyce. Following the lifting of Visa restrictions on Ukrainians there has been a suggestion this route may reopen to passengers and on the Polish side, all trees etc were cleared from the track in Autumn 2016 triggering some repair work by UZ, so by December 2018 there have apparently been ten cross-border Przemyśl to Nyzhankovychi trains with politicians, tourists, journalists and volunteers on board. The Polish government now has plans to rebuild this Line [to Nyzhankovychi only?] and is apparently discussing the work required with the Ukrainians.(Sanok - Ustrzyki Dolne -) Krościenko PKP - Star'iava UZ (- Khyriv)[D] This line has been closed to all traffic since 9 November 2010 but with Ukrainian Visa restrictions lifted, SKPL operated a special to Khyriv on 25 June 2017 so reopening may be being considered. PKP had operated 1435mm gauge local passenger services between Sanok (Zagórz before 2004/2005) and Khyriv but lately only freight trains ran between Sanok and Ustrzyki Dolne. A 1520mm gauge track is interlaced with the 1435mm gauge track between Stariava and Khyriv for the internal UZ passenger service of two trains per day. There is no passenger service across the border and the majority of traffic is 1520mm gauge freight to the VSŽ (now U.S. Steel) Steelworks near Košice, though there are substantial gauge-changing and transfer facilities in the Maťovce area.(Košice -) Čierna nad Tisou ŽSR - Chop UZ[E] This route and the station area at Chop are dual gauge 1435/1520mm. Passenger services are 1435mm gauge, operated by ŽSR with two train pairs daily to Chop in the 2018-19 timetable with two additional through standard gauge Košice to Mukachevo in Ukraine services commencing from 9 June 2019. Any through services further into Ukraine involve carriages being gauge changed via a shunt out of and into the east end of Chop station.
